Analogies for Touhous; understanding the characters

So I was thinking about Reimu and Marisa, their powers and personalities, and I believe I arrived to a decent analogy to understand them, useful for those who also read Marvel Comics:

Marisa is Gensokyo's Captain America: Both were just ordinary humans, that arose from their humble origins to stand proudly among a host of supowered freaks, thanks to just a combination of relentless effort, pluck, willpower and dangerous experimental drugs.

Reimu would then be Iron Man: Born with a super-humanly natural skill (intuition for Reimu, intelligence for Tony), both complemented their inborn talents with a mighty suit of gadgets to become super-powered fighters, counted among the forces of "good", despite their rampant alcoholism and shaky morals.

Can you think in more analogies like this? :P

Yukari'd have to be some kind of cross between The Joker and The Riddler. A mastermind, who is unpredictable to a fault and isn't afraid to mindrape you if you cross her.

Yuuka is Poison Ivy with a touch of The Joker, as someone else had said. Can't remember who and I'm too lazy to look for the post.

Reimu is Superman, hands down. Marisa is Batman.
