My first (easy-normal) spellcard [updated]
« on: July 23, 2009, 05:35:25 PM »
It doesn't have a name and I think it should be an easy or normal level

Code: [Select]
<blah>blah</blah>
Post any comments, cookies, flames, etc. you want. I might update this thread with more spells... when I'll make them.

EDIT: Updated to version 2 (I think it's more like a normal level, now)
- Changed side bullets' graphic
- More bullets are spawned when you reach 50% and 20% of Rumia's life

EDIT 2: Fixed an angle problem for the bullets that start at 20% of Rumia's life (... it took 2 days to notice that problem... I fail...)

Are all the shot sounds supposed to be in the "se" folder ?

Nice one :D
You may want to give it sound effects to make it more exciting, although this remix of Koishi's theme I'm listening to is good enough.
I also like the winglike shots above Rumia that remove the safe spot.
For the difficulty you could increase the speed or frequency of the shots as time goes by, or perhaps make another source of the bullets that come from the side. If you have to fight a pattern that always stays the same, players get bored of it easily.

I give it a ⑨ out of 13.
Full Danmakufu game "Juuni Jumon - Summer Interlude" is done!
By the same person who made Koishi Hell 1,2 (except this game is serious)

Thanks :)

Originally, that's not what I wanted to do. I wanted more like a sweeping pattern that went from one side to the other, and I know it's only a few characters away from what I submitted.

Thanks for the advice :)
