Touhoumon Questions

Is there anyone translating Touhoumon Gensokyo Version or is there an English version out for it?
Also why cant I catch CSakuya or CRemilia, they instantly break free when i try to catch them on red health?
(If it matters i chose Marisa as my starter and I used the regular Toho orbs)

hmm maybe there is I know what touhoumon is but I don't have that game.Translation is not an official work so try not to ask for it here.Illegal stuff like those aren't allowed :) check out the rule and be careful

They just have low catch rates, is all.
