Why is there no "users viewing" display in RPG (& MSG)?

I'm just curious: why don't Rumia's Party Games and Mystia's Stored Games have the "(users) are viewing this board" display that every other board has?

To elaborate, there was a time when players in Mafia would watch other players browse RPG but not actually post anything, and then use this as an arguing point for their being scum (the hidden bad guy team). This is an incredibly unsporting tactic, so we took it away.

Hm. I figured there was probably some good reason.

Thanks!
