Thing is, when the enemy can always keep up with me, running is nigh pointless. Also, the Hippo is rare for me to start with.

Any tips for Crimrose useage? Or any FLY types in general for that matter? I get shot down so fasy, and I don't even know what gear to use... btw, my Crimrose is using a Dual Rapier and the starting Energy Gun or the Wide version of it.

Also, how the heck am I supposed to fight when it's 30 vs 30 and nigh-everyone is fighting in the same area!? I can't even get a lock without dying right after/getting blocked by an Ally and hitting them.

I Just got hold of the game and tried it out in single player to get a feel of things first, seem pretty interesting, I don't suppose I can trouble you guys with a few questions can I? *puppy eyes* You guys have any advice for a newcomer going into the game? And Is there any in-game guild/clan system? Is there a limit to how many various characters you can have? Or do you just have one and it's up for you to outfit him differently?

According to CB official site's FAQ page, they will be wiping player inventories when official service starts. What does it mean? How will it affect the overall gameplay?

As for your other questions, just do the in-game tutorials. They'll answer your questions well enough.

Easiest way is Mission Mode Star Cluster EASY, I think, but it might get a bit boring even if soloing.

The maintenance period starts at the stroke of Midnight, around 17 hours from now. Better buy those limited time robots now.

For example, the Asura AM joint part, which permits 2 arms to be placed instead of 1.
And it's only 50 Rt.

I dunno about you guys, but I'm gunning for a pair of them.

Not really- 4 rage machine guns + asura joints would mean your bot is absolute shit for mobility, and by way of using machine guns, will not last long at all. You need to be MOBILE for machine gun use. Furthermore, Drum guns (not drum machinegun) are a better choice than rage machine guns to be honest- more damage per hit and less spread. The opponent will take more damage before the TGH rating kicks in.

Machinegun mechs are a specialty of mine y'know.
Do note that I mentioned the Full Burst cart, which lets you move during all-fire.

And with how I tune(read: build, mod, etc.) things, it won't be a problem for me to maintain my current mobility.
I just gotta get the right parts, and it's off to the races with hefty firepower!
Besides, I gave drum guns a shot, and wasn't all that impressed.

Remember, it was the beta, they were testing everything.

I can only assume that there were some minor flaws they wanted to correct.
Either that or he's released as a different bot.
