Okay, out of a desire to see more Utena (and because that ending broke our hearts), Matsy and I watched Utena the Movie.

The movie was damn fantastic. They made Anthy so much more awesome this time around, too, which was more than welcome, if you ask me. :3

Ah the movie.  I liked the series ending better myself, but the movie was very pretty.

And the dance in the rose garden was  :* .  In fact, I'm gonna go look that up again...
