Marvel vs Capcom 2 HD

Rock Band: The Beatles.

Two that I'm really looking forward to.

Super Mario Galaxy 2 doesn't look that bad at all.

Also, Golden Sun DS.

Yeah, more Golden Sun. <3

Bayonetta looks sweet, but it's looked sweet since it was first announced.

Mass Effect 2 and Modern Warfare 2 will both blow my mind.

Forza 3 looks great, and will (unsurprisingly) be out before GT5...

Shadow Complex came out of nowhere and looks really fun, especially considering it will (in theory) be out sometime this summer on XBLA.

Hmm...

So what do you guys think of that Metroid game?
The bosses look awesome, but I'm more than a little worried by
1. 90% of the trailer being cinematics
and 2. the unfinished look of the graphics - I hope that's because they're unfinished, and not because they're just bad.
Interesting that the story seems to be deeper than most metroids though.

...not enough gameplay to really comment on I guess.

I am displeased with the trailer but will reserve judgement until more information comes out.

Super Mario Galaxy 2 is the best announcement hands down. New SMB Wii is also interesting since I never played the DS one, and Perfect Dark XBLA is great also.

from the press conferences:

Forza 3 - I was a big fan of Forza 2, so obviously, i wanna get this

Gran Turismo PSP - im sure 90% of people watching sonys conference didn't give 2 shits about this, but i bought a PSP for this, and it was supposed to be released at the PSP's launch - a good 4 (possibly more) years ago, and its about fucking time they announced a release date. lets hope Polyphony actually release it this time.

some of the other announcements were good, but these were the only ones that made me go HOLY SHIT (GT PSP more so, since details on Forza 3 were already leaked)

Pretty much the only things that got my attention for now are Golden Sun 3 and Brutal Legend.

I also heard rumors that Persona 5 would be announced, but alas, I didn't hear anything about it yet (and probably won't for a while).

FFXIII looks promising, and it's coming to the 360 so that's good for me...But an FFIV already?! WTF, MAN. That shit ain't natural.

Sadly nothing on that :(
Miyamoto confirmed an 'experimental' Zelda for next year though.

I think he said it was in development.

There's also some concept art floating around for that Zelda game.

The best games there are definitely Galaxy 2 and NSMBWii. I hope Galaxy doesn't have much of a story.

FF 13 is for both PS3 and Xbox. But I think FF13 Versus is still a ps3 exclusive. I'm surprised they announced another FF before the previous was even completed, that is weird.

Not really.  FFXIII was announced before FFXII was released, FF10-12 were all announced at the same time (around when 9 came out), etc.

I was aware of that, but why buy both versions if you just have one of the systems? =P

It looks to be a third game, but there could also be the (unlikely) possibility of a combo remake of the two games. I hope it's the former.

It is based on the descendants of Isaac and co.

XD Funny, I always imagined the protagonist would be the kid of those two NPCs from Izumo in the second game...You know, the sword kid and that one maiden who was going to be fed to the Serpent.

Though, depending on who's paired with who, the fanbase might be torn apart. I personally would like to see Issac with Mia.
