I just pulled off a one-death, no-bombs run of SA Stage 6 on Normal.

May not seem like much to the common person here, but I was really not expecting to have improved as much as I did on this stage so quickly - my previous record was a three-death, no-bombs run made two days ago (I only played UNL in the limited free time I had yesterday, no SA at all). Today I managed to pull of consecutive captures of "Hell and Heaven Meltdown" AND "Hell's Artificial Sun", and my only death was on "Mega Flare", when I misjudged a blue bullet coming out of a sun. My control is definitely getting better. I could very well perfect this stage if I spent some more time to practice (namely, over Thanksgiving break).

I just perfected the Story of Eastern Wind's Yukkuri stage again.
However, this time on camera!

I'm working on the other extra stage, but that will take a bit longer because that one is a LOT more difficult.

2 Bomb Clear of Mugetu's 2nd Timeout Phase. I managed to survive without a bomb for a "long" time by constantly moving in 1 direction and back in time for it to end.

Now I get to timeout the really fun ones.

I just made a realization in UNL: Enemies take more damage to their spell gauge if you hit them while they are attacking. I made it to Reimu's second spell card again (FYI Reimu's the penultimate boss in Meiling's scenario). Now I really need to learn Alice's first spell card so I can preserve a life. :(

So I discovered it's much better to use homing Reimu if you haven't memorized the stages yet, and then when you have, switch to the high damage focus type characters, derp. Anyway I've been playing alot of shooters other than Touhou for some time and my Touhou skills were really low, so I decided to 1cc MoF hard for my first time (never really even attempted this). I was getting owned again and again, then I swapped to reimuA, 1shot. Kanako was quite a bish unfortunately though, but oh well.

Gengetu's first Timeout Phase done with 1 Death, No Bombs. Slow moving snowballs + fast rings of blue bullets made me go D:

Some minor accomplishments (all on lunatic):

Timeout of Brilliant Dragon Bullet. More importantly, I can now consistently avoid death on the card for around 15 seconds.

I figured out how to trivialize Orin's opener on stage 4.

Timeout of Boundary of Wave and Particle.

Well... i captured Superhuman Byakuren Hiziri and Legendary Flying Saucer at Lunatic just now. The final one isn't really a bad card at all. I guess its fair enough at least by Final Spell standards. Those really suck a lot i think. Aside from VoWG.

Just beat SA extra 1 death 1 bomb. It was a perfect run until Philosophy, where I died (like always) on the last 10 seconds. I swear I just cannot deal with that part of the card. Then I had a brain fart and had to death bomb on Subterranean Rose's third phase. Amazing how easy this stage gets once you've beaten it no deaths...

EDIT: Dammit, what does that single character of Kanji mean? I'm fairly certain the other word is "Shooter".
...and the video comes in to be at 2:51:400.

I'll leave the state there in case I want to do a 2LC (read: 1 Death 4 Bombs; with an additional death before it to lower rank) at a later date.

I did use ReimuA. I'm not too sure about it meaning "type" because that wouldn't really make too much sense. I'll nag Trance about it tonight.

Also, I cut down from 6 to 5 bombs now; managed to actually get some decent dodging in during "GRT" by means of RNG abuse. So now I'll have a slightly better video to use.
