It's called Mikuman X. Actually it is spelled Mickman X, but in Japanese it's pronounced Mikuman X. That's one of the jokes built into it. By its' name you probably already guessed it's a Megaman spoof. But of course it feature's Miku Hatsune (Vocaloid mascot) as the main character. It's kind of funny, but actually is much better than just some games as a joke on another game. It actually is fun to play, and quite challenging. Best of all is it's completely FREE. And I don't mean free as in "pirated game". I mean the game is really freeware. How awesome is that! Download link here:

X2 is far better, since you get a Rin/Miku team, and the difficulty level isn't fucking monstrous.
