Favourite doujin aritsts/circles ?
« on: July 13, 2018, 05:00:38 PM »
Hmm I saw a similar topic on the forum but it was pretty old so I thought I'd start a new one,,,

Doujin music is one of the things I love the most among all the Touhou fanworks~ So I thought it was worth starting a new topic ? ;w;
Here are my personal favourites doujin circles :

Alstroemeria Records (EDM, house)
RD-Sounds, a.k.a Diao ye zong (rock, folk, orchestral)
TAMAONSEN (hip hop, r'n'b, rap)
Floating Cloud (Irish folk)
Studio "Syrup Comfiture" (electro, I don't know how to name their style but it's very chill to me)
SOUND HOLIC (they do.. a LOT of different music styles xD Eurobeat, pop, orchestral, metal, ballads, jazz..)
FELT (pop, rock, chillout)
ShibayanRecords (I think their style is called nu-disco ?)
Yuuhei Satellite (vocal electro)

What are yours ? :D

A-One, Eurobeat Union, Sound Holic, Halozy, Crazy Beats, Sugano Music...

They all have something in common... at least most of them do.

Oh I think I know them, did they do Highschool of the Dead opening ? I don't like their style very much to be honest, guess J-rock isn't really my cup of tea ^^"
I love Demetori and Crow's Claw too C: <3 Metal arranges of Touhou music are always epic !
Also nice to see another Shibayan lover here !

5150 really impressed me in this album. The Hisoutensoku track is so, so mindblowing.

As for Ciel Arc, I'd go with Everlasting.
