Submission of fanmade Touhou LINE stamps to be allowed at the end of April

During the LINE Creators Stamp AWARD 2017 show back in December, it was announced that fanmade Touhou stamps would be allowed sometime the upcoming March:

It is now March. They were going to reveal an exact date in January and never did, but artists are already lining up at the gates preparing their stamps.

I think these were pretty cute.

It took me a moment to understand the first post so to help anyone else who didn't catch the context: LINE is a messaging app (popular in japan) and stamps are purchasable images that you can then use during your text chats (sort of like bigger emoji).
