Is there any means to get it, or is just as rare as PC-98 Touhou?

A quick look-up from Suruga-ya shows that Suruga-ya would like to purchase Kioh Kyoku at 70000 yen, so yeah, it looks pretty rare.

They are selling Banshiryuu for 40000 yen.

Kioh Gyoku was kinda unusual, I think? Something about a product key???

That Banshiryuu is pretty important. That's the original version of the game, which is an overall better game than the updates. I don't know if the updates were released on disc, but I thought the first one was?
