Also Donut, Genetics is not that hard and significantly easier than...most SA Lunatic cards, actually. It requires you to keep track of Koishi's movements as she dances around the screen, ReimuA and a bit of skill. imho, it's quite overrated in difficulty.

In a similar fashion to why almost none of you have done that, I don't want to go through a boring unfun extra stage just to have a chance at a card that loves to clip death me. I give it an earnest effort every time I play, but that's not often.

You'll see (almost) everything lining up pretty nicely. Being able to time this out with only 2 deaths is really something.

Awesome, 1cced SoEW Hard on my first try. The fact that Mima drops a extra life and bomb proves that there is a merciful god in heaven.

I think SoEW and LLS are the only games that I have less trouble on Hard then Extra. I wonder what High Score boards would look like for those 2 games, but I think almost no one wants to scorerun those anyway  :V

Now, off to try to 1ccing PoDD Normal! Better not be Mima again for the 3rd-To-Last battle, god dammit D:

UFO and SA are the only ones I haven't managed to beat on Normal. Then again, I really didn't like SA's gameplay system, so I didn't care all that much. 

I'm going to work on Lotus Land Story Extra Stage today, and I'm going to consider it an accomplishment if I can even get to Gengetu.

I got to Remilia and Yuyuko on hard, once each game... And I think I'll try those before ever touching MoF again.

Well, it looks like I'm not the only one who utterly despises MoF. Good to know. After I tried Hard mode... Well, my last post in the RAGE thread sums it up pretty well <.<;

Uh I'm not sure if we've been playing the same game but to me UFO is the second easiest with IN being the easiest. SA hardest.

Finally, MoF hard 1cc. Not a big deal in comparison with other stuff I achieved in far, far less time, but the cliptastic nature of MoF meant I almost never tried it more than once or twice in a row out of pure RAGE (including lots of ragequits after dying to *Minoriko*).

Now, after putting some actual EFFORT into it (and breaking one of my keyboard's feet in the proccess by pulling an Unzan on the ESC key to restart after some random early clipdeath - damn you MoF), I pulled off a DECENT run, nothing spectacular, and arrived at stage 6 with SIX lives to spare. Then I just bombed my way through most of Kanako because, really, what an annoying fight.

EoSD stage 1 and 2 are pretty much warmups.

On MoF you need to restart 7 times+ to get a no death run to get past.

EoSD.....I've captured all of China's cards, most of ReimuB Patchy's, all Sakuya's boss cards, Young Demon Lord and Vampire Illusion....

MoF? Anything from stage 2 on(hell, even some of Hina's cards) makes me go HOLY SHIT I ACTUALLY CAPTURED IT

Nitori can fuck off. Stupid midboss card, retarded claustrophobic first card and Extending Arm is just WTF.
Aya can fuck off three times along with Momiji and the entire stage.
Sanae needs to get thrown into a tub of sulphuric acid.

Kanako isn't that bad....unless you enter with 2 lives and 2 power. Then again, most of her cards aren't capture friendly.

All in all, MoF isn't easy as it is more of a SA/UFO type than EoSD/PCB/IN.

I don't know why Genetics of the Subconscious had this big barrier that stopped people capping it. As long as you go in with 3 or more power, it's a fairly simple memorisation card that just requires you to be able to dodge stuff you see coming.

UFO: Normal 1cc (waiting for Eng. Patch to hard 1cc), Extra Clear.

Normal 1cc on LLS, EoSD, PCB, and MoF

Still haven't beaten any extras, though I strangely find Flandre to be the easiest of what I've tried, and haven't 1cc'd any hard modes either. I've reached stage 6 on PCB Hard before though.

That... was unimpressive. 1 death run, but bombing everything away is really feels like I'm cheating or something. I should probably go for a no-bombs run instead. That'll be more crippling.

Wait until you try Lunatic. :V I don't remember ever hating a single stage as much as EoSD Stage 2 Lunatic, which ended 9/10 of my 1cc attempts. Goddamn Cirno shotgun, Hailstorm... hell, even Perfect Freeze killed me pretty often.

It's... in theory, it's not really that difficult. A mostly static pattern which follows you every once in a while, big gaps between the bullets, etc. But in practice, it kind of makes you panic, I guess. The pattern is extremely strange and intimidating; you have to balance wanting to be as far away from Koishi as possible to be able to see and dodge the really fast bullets, and actually getting under her to do damage, which is difficult when she moves long distances in weird directions, on top of which she often hangs about at the bottom of the screen where you can't really damage her easily. It wouldn't be so bad with some other shot types like Marisa B, but since people tend towards using Reimu A since it makes almost everything else easier, it becomes pretty hellish due to the lack of range, especially considering how long its health bar is. :V Also, 'grats to Donut on the capture.

On another note, I just capped Shou's Green Bars card that I can't remember the name of on Hard. That just leaves LFO as the only UFO Hard card I've yet to capture. Hopefully it won't take too many attempts...
