He noticed that a bulletforge script used his shotsheet. The translator is giving me mixed messages, but i fear if he thinks that Python (the script author), stole gore's graphics. Someone please clear this up.

Okay, so, Gore hates it when people use any graphics of his besides the ones that he explicitly provides for that purpose-- which, like, he's completely justified in being upset about that? It's basic courtesy to avoid using someone's work without their permission. But then he gets super extra about it and rants on Twitter forever instead of actually telling them "hey don't use my stuff". It's not a good look.

The player script's full-body Kasen portrait is taken directly from FFF and uncredited in the Bulletforge description. He hasn't given permission and would rather it not be used, so whoever's responsible for the script should fix that. Whether it was Python or someone else who included it in there, I dunno, but it should be pretty easy to just switch it out for some other art? (He doesn't mention the shotsheet in the linked tweets, but even though it's credited in the description, I doubt he'd put that part up for free usage either nowadays.)

I would recommend against actually talking to him, especially for people who can understand Japanese. It's unpleasant. Just ignore whatever he's tweeting this time, replace the art, and it won't have to be a big deal. Then sit back, follow a "look don't touch" policy when it comes to the actual guy, and enjoy the nice fruit game.

Admittingly the hints are there with a recently drawn up Clownpiece portrait and the theme playing over Flan's spell previews being a hybrid theme. Also hey Patchouli is the midboss.

I kinda wonder if there will be some more unsuspecting things added... Like having the game be actually optimized.

Well gore seems to have locked his twitter down which means no previews at what he's currently working on and if I'm gonna think of reasons why it might've been me who broke the camels back.

If gore ever sees this message I have to apologies greatly for sharing the links in the first place. I thought it was neat to see how games like this are done on a more detailed level among the time it takes to properly balance and create all this. Even if optimization might not end up well I still want to appreciate what's there and what's been made.

The game crashed twice on me. First to capturing Kasen's first spell and second to capturing Kasen's second spell. I was mad too because I was about to clear 5/5 on both attempts.

Looks very neat to play so far. However, the game still likes to lag at specific portions of the game even with effects mostly turned off. The fruit mechanic is also quite interesting even though it seems like the type of fruit dropped has a degree of randomness to it. For survival I assume it won't matter as much though. I don't like how lives and bombs are capped at 5 here even though it's a neat SoEW reference.

FFF looks to be even easier to clear than PoIB. I must be the only person who thoroughly enjoyed PoIB here despite its tendency to cheapshot you when you don't know the patterns. FFF looks to be a great game right now and will be even better in the full release. I really need a better computer though, I'm sick of Danmakufu lag in pretty much every single game I play.

Well I sure 1cced this with Yuuka on Legacy Normal, and I sure hated this game. Like, even with the actual mechanics in play I'm not sure I'd like this game, like at all. Maybe Yuuka's just overpowered or something, I'm not sure, but I dunno. On the other hand, it makes me look forward to two weeks when a better game is released that I'm pretty sure I'll enjoy a lot.
