That's right bitches, and this time it's one big-ass vote since the UFO characters have been added to the character roster.
The contestants will be the family leaders of each of the Racing Families (at the exception of Cirno, whose car is planned
for other plans1, the Komeiji Racing Team who
already has their owners' cars done, the families who have a team in joint ownership
2 such as the Prismrivers, and the stand-alone characters who have no families
3, of course). They are:
Leader of the Hakurei Racing Team, Reimu Hakurei.
Leader of the Scarlet Devil Mansion Team, Remilia Scarlet.
Leader of the Saigyou Ayakashi Team, Yuyuko Saigyouji.
Leader of the Yakumo Family Racing, Yukari Yakumo.
Leader of the Eientei Racing, Kaguya Houraisan.
Leader of the Sanzu no River Team, Sikieiki Yamaxanadu.
Leader of the Youkai Mountain Team, Nitori Kawashiro.
Leader of the Moriya Racing Team, Kanako Yasaka.
Leader of the Ancient City Racing, Yuugi Hoshiguma.
Leader of the Treasure Hunters Team, Shou Toramaru.
Leader of the Undefined Fantastic Team, Byakuren Hijiri.
Leader of the Strawberry Team, Yumemi Okazaki.
Leader of the Makai World Team, Shinki.
Thirteen characters, who will all fight during two rounds of votes. At the end of the first round, the top 3 characters will fight in a last-stand second round. Depending on the winner, the winning Family Leader's car will be immediately created, and the cars of their familiars placed in the To-Do list of cars to do in priority! Vote wisely: not all teams have the same amount of drivers...

1: Those "other plans" are simple. See you for 09/09/09.
2: Joint-ownership teams means all drivers in the team are the leaders. Those teams are the Prismriver Sisterhood Team which is owned by all three Primsies, and the Dreamworld Racing Team which is owned by both Gengetu and Mugetu - although Gengetu already has a car.
3: Twelve characters have no racing team and race alone and for themselves. They are: Alice, Keine, Mokou, Tenshi, Iku, Mima, Sariel, Konngara, Suika, Rin Satsuki, Kogasa and Nue.
4: 4 pm in GMT+1 corresponds to the following hours: 10 am in New York, 9 am in Chicago, 8 am in Denver, 7 am in Los Angeles, 2 pm in UK, and 11 pm in Japan. Not that ZUN will vote though, lol.
