Touhou 15 - Eastern Gate Guard's Body. Meiling caught a strange disease that quickly spread to the rest of the cast. The heroine somehow (varies by player) shrinks to micro level and enters the scarlet gate keeper, hoping to find a cure. Ganeplay mechanic involves maintaining Meiling's blood pressure and fixing anomolies in her system. The final boss is the virus, which is actually a computer virus that broke the game's code. The Extra boss is the dragon sleeping in Meiling's heart.

Then it is revealed that the events of the Touhou games are actually a recursive timeline, and the "end" will involve Reimu or another major character being sent back in time to make a Stable Time Loop.

Then PC-98 happens in the future, so that means Mima already made a reapparance, and if she had to make an inital appearance in the past to reappear in the future. In other words, Mima's guranteed to show up some before the last touhou game!

This. Besides that, it would fid the gap to be a suitable alternative to the distortion world, but evnetually leave it's new home because of the inevitable mindscrew it causes.

The adventures of the youkai of darkness begins in fittingly dark forest. She was a nice and playful youkai, but she is looked down upon for being clumsy and having the ability to manipulate darkness. One day this youkai had a plan to spread darkness to everyone in Gensokyo, hoping to share how she feels with everyone. She must teach Gensokyo that being surrounded by darkness isn't scary, it's actually fun!

It would be solving a giant Rubik's Cube while dodging bullets that are being fired by both the Rubik's Cube and several touhou characters that just happen to be flying by. And the extra stage turns the Rubik's Cube into a Tsukumogami that will constantly reset itself if you take too long to solve a side.

It took me some time to figure out what a half-human, half-zombie would be like, judging from how Youmu's ghost half is represented by a spirit floating around her person, I'd say that a half-zombie Youmu would probably have a rotting, deformed lower body hovering about her.

Now that I think about it, that would be very creepy.
