There was a little game that was released several years ago that was a parody of Dr. Mario. You played as Marisa, trying to cure illnesses for Cirno, Alice, and others. I think there was also an alternate mode where you played as Alice instead. Main stage BGM was a remix of Fever and Love-colored Master Spark.
Cannot for the life of me remember the name of the game or where to find it. I had it on my old computer, but that died a while back. I also had a video favorited on youtube but that got deleted as well, and I can't find anything about the game anywhere.
