I'd upload first. Mainly because it would take too long for me to try to get the extra stage for all to see. If I want to sell cosplays in Japan in the future for some reason, I'll upload the game for you guys to get replays for me. So I get better.

what if you have two computers? You can rip the cd image on one computer, install, play and take screenshots on the other, and check the completion of the cd image (after installing the game on the computer you want to play in) and start uploading/seeding it between breaks

Also, there is such a thing as beginning to upload it and playing at the same time. Why doesn't this happen.

Being one hour ahead of japan, sleeping won't be much of an issue.
