Touhou Age of Ethanols English Release!

After months of work, we have finally translated Touhou Age of Ethanols for everyone to play!

Age of Ethanol is a Touhou Real Time Strategy game that brings together characters from many of the Touhou games to create armies and fight! The game has multiple factions with their unique abilities and strengths. You can even bring together up to 8 players together to fight together, or against each other in netplay!

I would like to give a big thanks to everyone that made this project possible.

That's an error that appears if you don't change your number format to Japanese. The Readme file packaged with the game will tell you how to do so (Don't worry, it's easy!)

EDIT: Uh it looks like the download is for the full game, rather than a patch. Unless the developer released the game for free, that's against MotK's piracy policy.

I did read the readme file, but I thought it was reffering to, that the computer system needs to be in Japanese, and since mine is I didn't bother to follow the steps.

So, my bad...

Do you get an error message? If so, please post it here. If the program crashes without creating an error message, please tell me where it crashed. The most common problem will most likely be caused by having an out of date OS on your computer, or missing files.

I love RTS, so when this came on I couldnt wait to play it... but yeah... RTS in languajes that you dont understand... pretty hard to enjoy at all xD. Anyways, thanks to you I can once again pick this us. Awesome work!

For those of you who have been playing the translation, thank you! version 1.01 of the patch has been finished and I'd suggest everyone download it. It mostly deals with a few bug fixes and some typos. You can find the download link in the original post.

So it seems like the translation has been getting a lot of downloads, which is great! But I haven't heard much of people who want to play online. I hope it's not because they're getting stuck on story mode, since we fixed some bugs that caused it to be easier than it should be. (Ex. The enemy being unable to attack due to pathing problems, or just not attacking at all causing the game to stack hundreds upon hundreds of units on top of each other due to the story mode AI having no cap on units.)
