First Luminous Dream, Marine Benefit, The Last Comer, Mystical Power Plant and now this?
not sure if this fan-made game is real or just picture edit?

i`m sorry for posting this silly thread but i wanna know more about this content.

Weell  I found this following link talking about the game (japanese link):

The "game"'s name is Touhou Houtenkyou (Treasure Castle Labyrinth). I tried to find some video about it but  I only found pics about it on pixiv. Also since I am without my Jap-dic I cannot read this site well but  I found this sentence in the "game description".
この作品はゲームではなく、あくまで「ゲーム風」に描かれた架空の作品です。(Something like, this isn't a game but it was drawn to look very-like a real one).

Moreover I found this section on pixiv about "Touhou Original Stories"

So I think that this "game" is just a picture-edition to improve the story-telling factor.
