Appearance: A Dark Aqua hat with a red ribbon wrapped around it. Blue, almost black eyes with a evil smile like Flandre's. She wears a Dark Aqua shirt, short sleeve, with a Dark Aqua Skirt. The skirt has white fringes on the bottom.
Personality: Pretty calm. Except she can get really mad. Serious. A little bit of a fun side.

Title: Silent Omnipotent Ravaging Arch-Deity.
Species: Unknown, thought to be a God.

Ability: The ability to link things together and control those links (This doesn't really have a limit, she can link minds, fates and even entire dimensions together) Can also create disguises.
Age: Unknown, looks about 15)
Appearance: Has two pairs of Impala horns, both short with one pair being black and the other being white. Has long, flowing ginger hair and pale white eyes and skin. Wears a orange and black gothic lolita dress with high-heeled knee high boots the same colour.
Personality: Has a very malicious and heartless nature, although her powers don't let her kill anyone directly she can and will make situations for them where they have no choice but to die. She can also be very deceitful and cunning, often creating disguises to sneak in and sabotage entire cities. She can be nice to some people but generally only to people who amuse or she feels are worthy.

Christ, before I hit 'reply' I just made a quick look in my previous posts and it turns out I've already posted mine! In the first version of the thread!

Ability: Manipulation of emotions, manipulation of desires, manipulation of psychology
Age: Unknown, somewhere around 16
Appearance: Long brown/black hair, wears a blue yukata, blue eyes, around 5ft 4in, wears geta
Personality: She's very strong. Hitan's not very confident and can blush easily. She also likes to have danmaku games, but sometimes loses on purpose, or tries beats the opponent with her power just exceeding the F.O.E foe's strength. Hitan also has the strength of an extra boss and falls into the higher tier of bosses. She is also very emotional and has erratic desires. She is also a psychology student. For some reason, she can easily cross the border of Gensokyo. Hitan is also fond of various alcoholic drinks.
Location: Somewhere outside of Gensokyo.

Name: Tada Shishikaze

Title: Beast of the Bladed Wind

Species: Kamaitachi (weasel youkai)

Occupation: Bladed Weapon Dojo Master (think kendo but without the padded armor and fake swords)

Ability: Mastery over any bladed weapon and can also use the wind as a blade.

Age: Around 785, give or take a decade or two.

Appearance: Stands at about 5' 5" and looks at about the age of 19. Bright blue eyes and very short, scruffy, light-brown hair with a white headband. Small pointed fangs and weasel ears in place of human ones. Clawed fingers and toes, even though she doesn't really need them. While at her dojo she wears a more traditional wear in the form of a greenish, blue yukata, with leaf and wind patterns running up and down the sleeves when she is resting, and a black Uwagi (upper half of a gi) and black Hakama when training/instructing. While not at her dojo, her can been seen wearing a more "current" set of clothes. A blue, long-sleeved, shirt and a knee-length dark green skirt with a frilled edge. She always seems to be wearing her headband. In all of her outfits, she carries a double kai at her sides.

Personality: While not at her dojo, she is very pleasant and upbeat. Loves drinking and having conversations with both humans and youkai. However, she does have her more weaselly personality shine through every once in a while by trying to stiff people out of a bill. At her dojo, she is all business, even if she doesn't have many students. She is strict but understanding, and wants her students to get better. 

Location: Often found at the dojo she built, with some help, on the outskirts of the Forest of Magic. Sometimes in the human village giving free sword instructions/demonstrations.

Relationships:
Youmu Konpaku - Youmu originally took Lady Yuyuko to Tada for additional sword instruction. But they became fast sparing partners.

Reisen Udongein Inaba - On top of being a rabbit, Reisen also seems to use guns, something Tada hates. Instant enemies.

Shou Toramaru - Irritated with Shou's inability to use her spear, Tada took her in as a free student. Lessons have not been going well.

Momiji Inubashiri - Sparring partner. Nothing more, nothing less.

Marisa Kirisame - Tada owns a variety of old/rare weapons that Marisa seems to want. Pest.

Name: Mayumi

Title: [never thought about this]

Species: Kappa, a Yamawaro

Occupation: Engineer

Ability: Lacks the ordinary abilities of a kappa to control water, and can not fly.
Passing physical traits between understood and predictable objects. This means that as long as she can reasonably predict the state of a set of objects she can pass traits between them.
Example one: Mayumi may wish to make a large boulder as light as a feather. This would work but would be dependent on what Mayumi thinks the boulder is made out of, how much she believes herself, and what the boulder is actually made out of. In practice the power can not be used to querry what the state of an object is, although this may only be due to Mayumi's doubt.
Example two: Mayumi holds a porcalin cup and an iron nail. She can give the cup the durrability of the nail. If she drops both objects she can maintain the property switch. When either object hits the ground, what either object does could be chaotic and beyond Mayummi's predictive ability, causing the property switch to stop.
Example three: Mayumi carefully tosses a rock while compressing a spring. Mayumi can transfer the energized state of the spring into the rock. If the spring is large enough, the rock will gain enough potential energy to explode.
Example four: Mayumi may try to give a part of her body the durrability of iron. This would fail misserabley because living things are very complicated and one mistake could cause horrible injury.

Age: *shrug* how old is Nitori I guess.

Appearance: Dark green messy hair. She still wears the usual kappa outfit and carries the same large back pack.

Personality: She is dedicated to her work and quick to dismiss anyone who disrespects her or the things she does. She is wearry of people she doesn't know but always ready share what she's up to when people show intrest. She hates lazieness above all else. She doesn't understand magic very well and because of that doesn't like to use it in her work. She always prefers to work with things she can understand and predict.

Location: Somewhere at the base of Youkai Mountain.

Relationships:
Kappa - Mayumi doesn't get along with Kappa society at large. The Kappa's short term attention span and interest in profit doesn't mix well with her life long dedication to quality. She is only tangentially invovled with other kappa.
Kanako Yasaka - Mayumi has a lot of respect for Kanako and her role as a sort of philanthropist. Mayumi has often used land on Youkai Mountain near the Moriya shrine for her experiments.
Rinnosuke Morichika - She is a regular visitor at his store looking for intresting things and will often get into a petty argument with him.

Ability: Manipulation of temperature, and shadows to a lesser extent. Also, an insatiable appetite.
Age: Appears to be 18-22, actually 1057.
Appearance: Pale skin, black fur, glowing red eyes. Male. Black and white hair partially covering his right eye. Always wears a black and white jacket. Carries a large ring, half made of obsidian, the other half, ice.
Personality: Split. One half is childish and energetic, the other, depressed and lonely.
Location: Inside Youkai Mountain
Relationships:
-Yukari Yakumo: Regret is assumed to be a student of Yukari, having attacks that could also belong to her.
-Marisa Kirisame: Fellow thief
-Reimu Hakurei, Sanae Kochiya: Due to him being atheist, he finds belief in a god to be a waste of time.
-Yuyuko Saigyouji, Yoshika Miyako: Met at an eating contest, rivals ever since.
-Juubi Neion (see below): Met during the events of a non-canon game. In true Touhou fashion, the two became fast friends after the wolf tengu stopped him from burning/freezing Gensokyo.
-Suika Ibuki: Regret sometimes steals some alcohol for Suika from the outside world (not for free, of course). This was found out in the Phantasm stage of the previously-mentioned non-canon game, where Suika is too drunk to use her spellcards properly.

Ability: Flies, controls fire, healed by fire but can't stand darkness

Appearance: Wears a black skirt and white blouse, has semi-long black hair with twin tails in front, always wears a cream-colored hat with a red ribbon.

Personality: When around fire or during hot sunny days, she is energetic and hot-tempered. On cooler days, she is calm and tired. Loves red, white, and orange things, but hates purple and gray. Not very smart, but likes reading (sometimes in an attempt to look smart).

Location: Lives on the edge of the forest, on the side furthest from the Human Village.

Relationships:
Reimu Hakurei/Fujiwara no Mokou.Rin Kaenbyou - Adversaries; During the events of Iridescent Bloom, Honouko confronts the heroine when she investigates a sudden wildfire. The heroine assumes that Honouko was the cause of the wildfire due to her being a salamander youkai, and beats her.
Rumia - Uses Rumia as a punch bag to test her powers on.
Onishi Kageyumi - Enemies; Honouko fights Onishi in a wild attempt at revenge for getting her blamed for the fire. She loses badly.
Remilia Scarlet - Acquaintances; Visits an has tea at the Scarlet Devil Mansion on cool days.
Patchouli Knowledge - Enemies; When visiting the Scarlet Devil Mansion, Patchouli never lets her in the library because of her fire ability.

Title:Surprise Shot-putter!

Species:  Oni

Occupation: Throwing smaller stuff at bigger stuff

Ability: Lifting

Age: 160

Appearance: Has messy red-hair, kept cut above the shoulders.  Has one and half horns above her ears.  Usually wearing a white summer dress with blue jeans underneath.  Doesn't wear shoes.  Has a broken shackle on her left leg.  Stands 6'2".

Personality: Having a horn that didn't grow all the way left her feeling incomplete.  She tries to feel this hole by being louder than everyone else.  She's also very impulsive and will jump head first into anything just to try and prove her worth. 

She was bullied growing up, they hit her and threw rocks at her and eventually it stopped hurting.  So she's sturdy even by oni standards.  This reflects in her fighting style, she picks people up and throws them, putting distance between them and her.  It's always causing them to chase after her, tiring themselves out in the process.  And when they're tired, she strikes.

She spent her entire life underground hearing stories about the surface and war stories about The Big Four.  She wants to start a new group.

Location:  Ancient City

Relationships:
Yuugi - Respects, almost idolizes her.  Because she has one horn and was still one of the big four.  And she see's her as a rival because she won't officially start the group until she has defeated Yuugi in battle.

Satori - Became acquaintances after a stray Tsurube-otoshi was thrown through her window.  Satori liked that she admited straight up that she threw the Tsurubi-otoshi and Amaya like that she didn't care about her half horn.

Utsuho - Admires her gung-honess.

Tsurube-otoshi - Improvised weapons.

Location: No permanent home, just bums around at other people's places

Title: Guardian of the Hakurei Shrine

Occupation: Worker

Ability: Ability to use the Hakurei seals

Age: 16

Appearance: A typical ojousama look.  Has blond hair, green eyes, and usually has 2 ponytails tied up.  She usually has 2 default outfits to wear.  One is the traditional guardian's cloth and one is her old school uniform she wears when she's off duty.

Personality:  Considered to be a very nice person to anybody that meets her.  She is dedicated to anything that she wants to master and will not stop until she is satisfied with herself.  Usually this puts her on a level far above other average people but below the people who are the best of the best.  She is also assertive because whenever there's something she doesn't like she straight out tells them she doesn't like them and always says no to something immediately to a request she doesn't like.  Whenever she says yes though she always makes sure to complete it no matter what the request was. 

Location: Hakurei Shrine

Relationships:

Reimu - Personal mentor and trainer to Maki.  Maki tries not to look up to Reimu due to Reimu's attitude of just complaining of there being no donation to the shrine when Reimu herself doesn't seem to do anything about it except complain.  When the time for danmaku battles come, she always has a deep respect for Reimu's beautiful danmaku battles and is always excited to see her battle. 

Yukari - Doesn't like talking to Yukari due to not knowing whether or not she is telling the truth or not.  Whenever she has conversations with her Yukari it always brings up more questions then answers and as such doesn't like to think about her.  Only wishes to talk to her only  for official guardian duty or when something important comes up.
 
Sanae - A good friend to her.  Originally their relationship started because Sanae wanted the relationship between the Hakurei Shrine and the Moriya Shrine to improve because ever since the Mountain of Faith incident occurred, some people have been distrusting of the Moriya shrine believing them to be tyrants.  Reimu wouldn't accept any of the offerings of the Moriya shrine so Sanae went for the second best option, the guaridan of the shrine.  Sanae gave Maki just some food and she easily took the bait due to her constantly starving because of how little Reimu was feeding her.  Sanae admitted that she only wanted the moriya's reputation to get better and for that Maki respected her honestly and ever since that day they have been good friends.

Name: Garian Dodai

Title: The Unstoppable Oni

Species: Oni

Occupation: Fighter (self stated, doesn't have an actual occupation)

Ability: Ability to unseal/unlock anything. For example, she can break most barriers open and unlock any type of lock. This allows her to even open up portals in any sort of "sealed space" like in Gensokyo.

Age: Over 90 years old

Appearance: Has long black hair what is bot of a mess, red eyes, somewhat short horns what are facing backwards from her head, wears a longcoat and under it a brown shirt and a red dress. Her coat has two chains coming from the back of it nad inside of it. The outside one is chained into a iron kanabo and the inner one into a beer bottle. The said bottle is her special oni drinking object, which turns any alcoholic drink into a drink what enchants your psychical abilities outside of your strength. More toxicated the drink, better the effect.

Personality: Her behavior greatly shows her oni side. Loud, rude, hard drinker, any trait you can think oni having is with her. Most importanly, she loves to battle. Battling is the joy of her life, and wouldn't think of going a week without a battle.

Location: Sealed-off Space, a special pocket dimension created bya youkai for her to live in without causing any harm to others.

Relationships:
The Four Mountain Divas: When she still lived with the other onis, she adored the Divas a lot. Even tot his day, she thinks them as her role models, even if she might behave diffrently from them. She sometimes hangs around Suika and Yuugi, to take a drink or fight, whatever she desires at that moment.

[Juubi Neion]

Name: Juubi Neion
Title: The Mage Forsaken by Time
Species: Wolf Tengu
Occupation: Cook
Ability: Mid-level manipulation of fire, ice, and healing.
Age: Thought to be around 17-18.
Appearance: A tall and thin male, Juubi is never seen without his black cloak. His ears and tail are a dark grey, with bands of red, green, and blue around them.
Personality: A scholar and fighter, he tends to willingly help others. Despite this, he tends to fail in social situations, often lapsing into silence. People tend to find him agreeable.
Location: Somewhere on Youkai Mountain.
Relationships:
Aya: Avoided like the plauge. He prefers the details of his personal life to not be spread around all of Gensokyo.
Marisa: He looks up to her, despite rarely talking with her. Her displays of raw power and her exuberant personality makes her enviable.
Regret Desiderium: After encountering him in the events of Calignous Anomaly, the two became fast friends, and tend to sit and talk for hours.
Reimu, Sanae: Two of the few people he can talk to for an extended period of time, their religious appearances calm him.
Yukari: Juubi finds Yukari to be very intimidating, even if she doesn't act it. Despite this, his contact with Reimu brings meetings with the gap youkai.

Appearance: Tony has perfect hair and stands a head taller than most other tengu. He is distinguishable by his signature hair, as well as his impeccable muscle definition. His clothing changes a few hours a day, but all his outfits are designed to accent his ripped abs and pecs.

Personality: Tony loves nothing more than to party, drink, work on his lats and quads, maintain his tan and hair, and display his powers of seduction.

Personality: An overall nice person, though has trouble seeing anyone as "bad". While he likes to help out others, he will put the orders of his shrines' god, Susanoo no Umiko, first.

Location: Koizumi shrine, in the outside world.

Personality: Cool and calculative. At least until she gets into a battle, during which she abandons all restraint and hesitation and tends to completely ravage her surroundings with her extremely destructive powers. Likes attention.

Location: Hangs around the forest. Usually stays near the Human Village so she can show off her powers to more people while fighting.

Relationships:
Onishi Kageyumi - Enemies; Honouko fights Onishi in a wild attempt at revenge for getting her blamed for the fire. Onishi wins overwhelmingly by causing a rainstorm.
