If it makes you guys feel better no I wasn't serious about the Renee/Koishi team. That'd be too unfair, and besides I have fun fighting Renee. It gets really hype between us :V

The teams mechanics sounds intersting, but all in all its quite simple. I dont mind it as long as teams are made in a rather even fashion. I mean, grouping the strongest togheter, thats a no good. I agree it should be randomized... but to some degree it should also be manipulated. Not just throw everyone into a big case and be picking up and group them as they come by, more like, create groups based on skill levels and group take one from the most skilled group and one from the less skilled one, thus creating a more balanced team.

The problem with this is that, its not like we already have a way to measure who are the strongest and who are the weakest... sure, Renee and Gpop are currently some of the stronger fellas around, but we dont know for the rest. I dont think the last tourney is enough to properly measure skill levels.

Well, in any case, im all up for the HM tourney... we would just need a fair way to even the teams as best as possible.

I've decided that I will not be randomising teams. This completely retracts from it being a team tournament - people should have the freedom to choose their partner. We might as well just run a 1on1 tournament if I randomise things.

if it's a Saturday I can make it. Fridays are really iffy for me because I got class at 3pm EST (3 hours from now)

Yeah, hoping for all the tournaments to be held Saturday. Or at least spread over Friday and Saturday. HM can definitely be on Saturday though.

It'll be hosted probably sometime decent for me, where the majority can still make it. If I remember correctly, you're in SEA?
