Decided to go over past Guilty Alice themes, here is "Contemporary final boss", except that the clothing is not really that modern and an Extra stage midboss is not really that final.

Welp, getting this to work with alpha transparency was another story altogether,

And here is one more of those "I'm way too lazy to do this background" things.
Imagine her saying

She looks a bit stiff, especially in the torso region. You can see the curve in the lady's back in the reference pic you have. In yours, Yuuka's vest seems to cover that up, which make her back appear pretty straight. You could also shift Yuuka's weight to one leg a bit more. The pose you have now isn't impossible, but after standing for a while people tend to start shifting their weight on one leg to be more comfortable.

Otherwise, fashionable!

What you've drawn there is Egyptian hieroglyphic art (albeit with the face turned toward us). The twisting of the upper torso is lost. You can notice that she isn't turned all the way to face us because you can see the depth of the rib cage under the armpit area. In fact, it's rather terrifying, what you have there, as though her lower and upper body were chopped in halves and then stuck together in a 90 degree angle, lol. Perhaps that line extending from the collar down to her lower right hip, where the clothes overlap, tricked your eyes into thinking you preserved the twist?
If one can't see the underlying anatomy beneath the skin, then one certainly can't see the underlying anatomy beneath clothes. I would suggest that referencing naked or close to naked pictures of people would be most beneficial? A good exercise you can try (that I've yet to make a habit out of) is to draw a skeleton over whatever naked reference picture you choose. If you're interested, I'll suggest this video series, where he does just that, in addition to teaching you the individual big skeletal structures. Visuals are neat and helpful, he explains things well, I would recommend it.
The problem is, if you don't at least have a basic understanding of anatomy, you don't know what to expect to look for, so you end up only picking up what you want to see. Which in this case seems to be a regard only for general contours. Which you seem to have done well enough. You want to beat your brain, since your brain will trick you into drawing things you think you see or overlook stuff it doesn't know to look for!

e: also notice how in your sketch, everything is aligned perfectly down the middle and is very stiff. While in the reference pic, motion starts from the top of her head. Her head is tilted to the right, there's a slight curved slant from the upper torso/shoulder area down to her hip, and then a big swoosh out to the left with her leg. Making a giant 'S' shape. More organic than a straight line. Perhaps try look for these overall curves when challenging the next reference picture you choose?

Thanks for a detailed responce!
In fact, I did draw her sort of naked, and, ugh, yes, I didn't understand the twist, so I tried to draw whatever I saw in the reference. Seems like it did not work, after all ^^"

I think it's time i put the boot in on this, because since you've started posting I've not seen a lick of improvement from you. Nevermind anatomy, I have the very big suspicion that you cannot depict even a simple 3d form. What you've done here is nothing more than scribbles of lines. What you need to do now is to understand how to break down the human figure into simple forms rather than crudely outlining it.  And rather than drawing the human figure based on these forms, you should be drawing those forms in perspective until you understand that what you are drawing is not a just flat space but an illusion of 3d.

Here is a redrawing of the same pose.

This is proko's take on the matter, but it is better to find others' simplification of the body and decide on your own.

A guide for faces. If simple forms are past you then you can start by considering the planes on the face.

This will be the last time I ever say this. Listen or don't, but that is all there will be from me.

That was some fairly good advice he gave. How about you take on a practice regimen where you focus on the 3d forms? That may lead to noticeable improvement in the future.

I have no idea what in the world I am doing anymore.
So, we start by searching and marking muscles on photos. Before we touch any muscles whatsoever. Is it there to tell me exactly how miserable I am? Or they want me to learn to google for anatomy pictures?
And, you know, such harsh comments do hurt. Now I've lost any motivation to draw anything whatsoever. What's the point? It's not like I'd suddenly make an improvement after an (yet another) year of the exactly same crap, and it's not like there are that many people enjoying the current stuff.
Though, on the other hand, it's still better to know the specific area where you suck, and how it could be helped.

Life is sure not easy. Well, maybe that muscle hunt will lead to something. Cannot say for sure until I try, can I?

I think this is one of your best attempts at capturing form.  From what I can tell, your main issue is that you're focusing too much on contours (the outline of a shape) rather than the form of a shape (how it looks in 3D).  This makes your drawing look flat, and is the most likely culprit for some of your noodlier anatomy.  The difference between just a flat contour and a 3D shape is pretty subtle when drawing on a 2D surface, but if you can picture how the shape would look in 3D it will help your work at lot.  It'll add that extra dimension that'll make your people look more real.  You managed to capture that in this one, so compare it to some of your other drawings and I'm sure you'll see the difference.  It's basically the difference between drawing a square, and being able to draw a cube with the understanding of which parts would be covered, which parts would show, etc.

I think you'd be able to get some value out of Sycra's forum critiques from art users on his forum submitted.  In particular, I think the one on form, facial structure, building up shapes, gesture, and general drawing will help you a lot.  The rest of his videos are pretty good too in my opinion and will probably be able to explain some of these things better than I can.

I still think it's wrong to compare pure tracing with... anything other, actually. Even drawing from a photo requires some mental work (that, as you've seen, you can totally fail at), unlike drawing over it.
The point of this assignment was to find and outline the major muscles, to familiarize oneself with them. And I think I failed the man's left thigh, oh well.

On a completely unrelated note, a couple of frames of total crap and I'm already exhausted (there was more of the story planned). Maybe the school does take strength from me. It's not like I don't have free time, but when I do, it's usually waiting until my tea cools down (with help of danbooru mangas with even more adult humor hue hue) so I can drink it before going to sleep.

Surprisingly, 2015 was a very productive year for me.
Just look at this thread: compared to the start of the year, it almost doubled in size!
This is also the first year when I can make this 12 month summary thing with less than 10 months empty.
Oh well. Hopefully, 2016 would not look like a wiggly bell curve. And not like a hyperbole either :v+α Happy New Year everyone!
