I guess something's better than nothing. Fate of Sixty Years is never too late to be welcomed, but needs more TD boss music. :/

Just a reminder ZUN already did a remix of Shiki's theme. He's actually done a few songs outside of his own releases, like the Speed Fox remix of PCB Phantasm stage's theme.

(Also a Kagome-Kagome, a theme for Rinnosuke, and a second theme for Shinki)

Yaaay. This will be an enjoyable year for Touhou after all! \o/

Though, considering what happened with Trojan Green Asteroid, it will probably be difficult to listen to the CD online. Hope to hear some good tracks! And more Mary/Renko times!

Baity: For a moment, I thought you broke 1.1billion. Upon looking at my score.dat, I can assume that you destroyed the score that is my failed (first!) 1cc attempt on my first day of playing. Congratulations.

I'll count the days until the official release. I have to get my hands on this new CD as possible  :ohdear:

But to be honest, I really didn't expect another music album this year. Not that it's a bad thing, one of the best things about the games is actually the music imo. And besides that, I'd like to know more about Gensokyo itself and even more stuff about all the characters..

but hey, LET'S GET DRUNK AND CELEBREATE THIS NEW ALBUM  :toot:

The previous music CD ZUN released was a slight disappointment. I didn't quite like the remaster of stage songs, oh well.

At least hes being honest.

I assume everyone else is, too. Without the sense of entitlement.

Actually I was referring to ZUN's comment in response to Seiga's comment.

Ah! Yeah, that's true, too. Could've been "I've been spending my time working on a game so revolutionary that it will warp spacetime just to turn it on" or the like. "Sorry, too busy being wasted" is refreshingly honest.

"Human history and growth are both linked closely to strife. Without conflict, humanity would have no impetus for growth. When humans are satisfied with their present condition, they may as well give up on life."

I particularly like the cover art here!

And add Mari's new outfit to the list of things I wish was in create.swf along with Renko's UFMJ/TGA outfit. :B

inb4speculationsfornextouhougame. When was summer Ket again, August? A demo at Winter ket (unless he escapes to the mountains like he does every year) and full game 2013 Reitaisai would be "logical" but since logic doesn't applies to ZUN (as proven here) we can only randomly keep guessing.

Even if we can't listen to the OST on the Internet, we can at least listen to the remixes of the new themes.

Five originals
One from SA
Two from TD
Unknown X ~ Unfound Adventure and Fate of Sixty Years.

On the cover, I see grapes, a peach, and I can't make out the third object.

A bamboo shoot.

In any case, I really can't wait for more writing about Maribel and Renko. Magical Astronomy was released even before I came into the Touhou fandom and ended on a cliffhanger. When Trojan Green Asteroid came out and it hit track 5, it was basically the best feeling ever, confirming so much speculated about the series. Even this short wait to the next volume is grueling.

Long story short for a some people, the album relates to the tales of Izanagi. And the fruit on the cover are what he threw into Yomi to save Izanami.

Interesting. I gather he might want to finish up WaHH before continuing the game story in any case, but a load of new original tracks is always welcome.

Unknown X and Heartfelt Fancy are enough to make this album a win for me. Anything else done great would be just like a bonus.

But hey, looking at the cover art..
He has improved his skill..  ;)

That aside, I'm still guessing what the Sealing Club's story will be about this time in this album..

Tracklist looks great, although I was hoping for some Satori Maiden ~ 3rd eye. Heartfelt Fancy is almost as good :3

Has it really been nearly a year since 10D demo came out?  :o
