Get it here. It doesn't have to be applied to the EXE file, but if you are using english patched games with this, remember that they need to be renamed to thxx.exe, replace xx with the number of the game. If it is below 10, the first x is always 0 and if the game is Shoot the Bullet, Double Spoiler, or Great Fairy War, the exe files need to be named th095.exe, th125.exe, and th128.exe respectively.

Also, I don't know if Touhou 13 works with the patch, I have set the boolean in the .ini file to forget checking for authenticity.

The files for each folder are

vpatch_thxx.dll or vpatch_thxxx.dll or vpatch_alcostg.dll or vpatch_th_dnh.dll
vpatch.exe
vpatch.ini

And then just change GameFPS from "GameFPS = 60" to "GameFPS = 90"

My profile picture is whimsy until I feel like adding something else.

Enjoy.

I couldn't get it working with the Vsync patch, tried a while ago and it just won't work. I was trying it with Imperishable Night 1.00d, on Windows 7 64-bit, both English and Jp locale, tried both the original and with the English patch, both windowed and fullscreen (just for the sake of checking). Just won't work ??? I know the patch works cause I have the "ask windowed?" thing on plus I can fast forward/slow down replays, just the in game fps won't change.

Here's how I've got it:

[Window]
AskWindowMode = 1
enabled = 1
X = 0
Y = 0
Width = 640
Height = 480
TitleBar = 1
AlwaysOnTop = 0

[Option]
Vsync = 1
SleepType = 1
BltPrepareTime = 4
AutoBltPrepareTime = 1
GameFPS = 90
ReplaySkipFPS = 240
ReplaySlowFPS = 15
CalcFPS = 1
AlwaysBlt = 0
BugFixCherry = 1
BugFixTh10Power3 = 0

ANy ideas?

Not quite related: What are the following options and/or what do they do?
SleepType
BltPrepareTime
AutoBltPrepareTime
AlwaysBlt

1 does not equal on, and 0 does not equal off. 0 means that the game will be locked to whatever fps you want it to have. (and have a very tiny amount of input delay, not really noticeable) and 1 means that the fps is locked to your monitor's refresh rate (no input delay compared to 0). A 75Hz monitor will lock Touhou to 75fps if using 1. You can also set it to 2 or 3 but they're pretty useless and unneeded.
I figured out how to play midi in games with a different device on Win7 ^^
