As someone who's also inexperienced yet interested in scripting/story telling via comic/manga format, your advise is quite helpful. Thanks!
It'd be interesting if we could arrange a casual 'write one sentence, pass it off' sort of deal. Except in a simple comic page format.

Are you referring to an exquisite corpse/comic jam?

It would be pretty fun to do, if we ever get some activity going around the Atelier again.

Well, possibly. I was thinking one whole page per person so that the 'thought' would at least be complete. A whole page could potentially prove to be too much for some, in which case an exquisite corpse-style may work better.

Glad I could help.

I participated in some of those things once, but you have to have an active community, or it'll die out fast. The old Megatokyo forums had some good ones back in the day.

Finished the script today! It'll be 66 pages.

Just one panel from a page. Leaving the Palace of the Earth Spirits, and going down to Hell for real.

The "circle cut" (catalog image) for my Reitaisai application.

And a small dumb modeling clay Cirno I did while bored at a con.

Congrats on finishing! Now then, any chance the new book will be available for online ordering, or izzit a Reitaisai-exclusive for now?

Thanks! I'll print it in English as well, of course, so just drop me a mail if you want to buy it (after May).

Shit is getting real. Don't mess with the sun.
What is also real is that I'm accepted to both Reitaisai in Tokyo in May and Touhoucon in Anaheim, CA in September! That will be my first visit to the US, so I'm really excited. Hope to see someone there! (if anyone's actually reading this)

I'll just keep dumping stuff here, then.

The cover for the book, and some "page 2 girls" (already passed enemies). This was the first time I drew Kisume and Yamame, they weren't too bad.

I like how the noses get progressively pointier going left to right :V

Hah, yeah. That's how Hell works, and it culminates in Okuu's beak-like nose.

Working on a new comic! It's in the underground again. And this time about these darlings:

Some pages from the storyboard. If you can read it.

And don't forget to say hi if you come to Touhoucon! I'll be in the Artist Alley.

Inkling Yukari sketched during TouhouCon, and inked for Inktober.

I kinda missed Inktober, so I'm trying to do Inkvember instead. Here are the three first pictures.

I don't really know jack-shit about cartoon/comic-styles, but your stuff has a lot of character. I like how you shape some characters a little bit so they have something unique to your idea, like Okuus nose and disfigured arm or Yuugis hair.
