Contest question

So I was thinkin of starting a little contest, but before screwing myself, I thought Ide ask about it first.
Its a little comic I made, 3 pannels with speech bubbles but no text. (has cirno and sunny) The idea is for people to fill in the text. The one that does the best (funniest) job gets the prize, which would probobly be art from me in some fashion. So, questions
1: Can I even start a contest?
2: If I can, where would I put it?
3: Would it be better if their were multiple judges?

You can post such a thread in the Moronic Colosseum (subforum of The Shrinemaiden Cafe) and if the staff feels it's a decent enough contest we'll throw in Idiot Hierarchy awards.
