(Link) OpenGL Renderer (3.7) Direct3D 9 Renderer (1.3) Just unzip and drop the respective files into your UnrealTournament/System folder. To enable it open your UnrealTournament.ini file (under UnrealTournament/System) and change the following line under [Engine.Engine] GameRenderDevice= OpenGLDrv.OpenGLRenderDevice for OpenGL D3D9Drv.D3D9RenderDevice for Direct3D 9 Settings and additional information can be found here. I have the following additional mods and mutators in mind once we get our own UT server. [Green == already installed] For Unreal Tournament Mods - Monster Hunt, coop game where you work together to hunt and destroy monsters. - BunnyTrack, coop or competitive game where you use dexterity, agility, patience and willpower to conqueror obstacles. It is like platforming. - Soccer, no need to say more. There are 2 variants. Soccer and Fragball. Soccer is without weaponry, Fragball has weaponry/ - Thievery, major mod where you become thieves to sneak, hide, steal vs guards. Assassin's creed has nothing on this. - Dark Mage, everyone becomes a wizzard. For the sake of people who wish to be magical. All weapons and stuff are magical spells. Mutators - StrangeLove, riding on the redeemer. For the sake of Mimi-chan Touhou fanboys. - Mapvoting system, for easy map changing to avoid boring same cycles. I don't know if there is an option to change game modes. - Statistics keeper(?), optional for stat-fetish-people. For Unreal Tournament 2004 - No idea :V Logically Pesco and I will try to enforce these modes for Idiot contests during MotK events. Additionally, I will perhaps develop few maps for these events. |
