Server is having problems with crashing. Don't know the cause.

You wanna know what the dynamic map needs? A chatbox to talk with people in-game. I've been on quite a few minecraft servers with IRC's that say things like

Player1: Hey bro I found some lava, come sign on and help me out
<IRC>Player2: Well okay

Really that would be awesome seeing as how I cant personally get on the server much anymore but still wanna see whats going on and shit

Ok so i check the map and i see someone has set my nether rack that i'm using as a basement material of my new house on fire -.-.... who did that and why? i call that griefing really. just cuz i'm too laggy to actually finish building it doesnt mean u can set it on fire ... -.- ...

@DDR, was wondering if we can get block protection things with permissions to certain people in an area?

Server seems to be hanged ATM. Going by livefeed data still transmits (map updates as needed), but time repeats 1:50 - 1:53 and we cannot join back in.

my house is west( from the live feed map) of the community center, the rectangle of red, i have a sign infront of the door saying its my house and a chest , work bench and furnace outside

The day I try to do something that depends on creatures not despawning is the day that the server has crash issues and makes them despawn before I can log back in. Maybe one of the new mods is causing problems? (Before you ask, that thing I mentioned wouldn't be causing server strain at all, so I know it's not the problem - it's just 6 chickens in a pit that I'm using for eggs.) It was fine earlier today, so have you changed anything since then?

Well, seems to be back up now....

EDIT: Yep, it's up again!

Some mods were removed (such as the message system no one used), however.

EDIT2: GAH! Still crashes every now and then without warning!

I still cannot join. It just pauses at "Logging in" for a bit before it gives up.

Between the server issues and my own internet problems, it seems as though the fates don't want me to complete the UFO...

Yep, server didn't even last 10 minutes (I was hoping for 15; Azure, 30). This isn't good.

Don't try to colonize a sphere unless you have a lot of arrows.

I'm planing to make a shrine in the sphere world, sorta like hakurei shrine... anyone wanna donate wood? i need normal logs and dark logs, birch will be made into planks

Ok, I think we have an issue with the multi-verse.

There hasn't been a single passive mob spawn in the main world for several hours. No sheep, pigs, cows, etc. Several day cycles and not a single life other than tamed wolves.

~~Speaking of which, I cannot see the sun/moon on the main world either. It's eternally overcast now?~~

edit: I think it's been like this since DDR put in SkyWorld. In there, ~~the sky was similar~~, and there weren't any mobs.

edit2: Realized the error in the sky. Somehow my video settings were turned down, thus the sky wasn't rendered at all.

That might also have to do with the pig spawners people set up. That might be taking up all the passive animal slots.

Many, many mobs spawn in some of the spheres. Maybe that's why?
Anyway if anyone can find a plugin that can control the mob limit and spawn rate, that might fix it.

I like the amount of spawning TBH. I tried to build a little place to cause 'em to spawn inside of.

There's less people than normal in the server. Is there something wrong in the server?
