If you only need one more player, Serela, you can go ahead and start rolling roles and writing those role PMs already to reduce the needless wait players often have between "got all signups" and "written all role PMs"... and it permits you to have those role PMs checked before sending them out without increasing the wait. This can sometimes be useful! (I'm not looking at you, PX!)

So JOB was having a PM convo with me over stuff because he really wants the game to start! I do too, but Psycho Plot is a prime example of why you don't just cut slots and forget about the balance (0 mis/nolynches PLUS successful docs but still d4 lylo); and I definitely can't afford to cut slots in this setup.

The part that makes me giggle uncontrollably the most is how he's actually serious.

How do people feel about running smaller games, rather than 13? I think having every Mafia-able regular playing Mafia every time is starting to take its toll. Sorely.
