Oh, it's time for my game!

I'd like to ask if people would rather we have a 9p Vanilla Mafia intermission before my game, though.

For one, K4U hasn't exactly reviewed my setup yet :V And for two, there's been several role madness games recently, I thought people might like a break.

ALSO MY GAME IS ANONYMOUS. Don't /in publically. More details later.

edit:Currently my setup is Psycho Prophecy, 14p anonymous role madness. Possibly a little bastard moddy...? But I'm not sure. But I've tried to keep the role madness low this time, at least uh, in comparison to my last game. For a less biased opinion you can ask K4U! After she reviews it.

AUGH, I'm trying to keep "playing the setup instead of playing mafia" down as much as possible in this setup too. Stuff like Zombie Apocalypse (Even the mod was relieved I hammered myself instead of letting the torture go on) and Psycho Plot was horrible. ...well, Psycho Plot was trainwreck fun, but.

Well uh, in all seriousness, the vanilla game is most surely happening in any case because my setup isn't even reviewed yet if nothing else (I don't trust -myself- after Psycho Plot), so I guess it's whenever... I'm not sure how it works.

I guess I just sort of assumed Pesco would pop up and give the word of god or something, or that it would work itself out :V

I'd recommend any new players who want to play to try this game first (it's much less confusing), and to take into serious consideration that Mafia is three things:

1) A commitment. You don't just "casually" play Mafia. You breathe Mafia, you live Mafia. You don't become part of a Mafia game, the Mafia game becomes part of you. At least until you die. That's to say, in a less dramatic fashion, expect people to demand you sink in a substantial amount of time in the game.

2) Mafia is cutthroat. Every single poster is your enemy, unless you're scum. As a result, sometimes people may seem more of an ass than they really are. Occassionally, they even act like it. On rare occassions, you were just wrong and they're an ass. But either way, there will be times when people may seem beliggerent and offensive, so steel yourself for that.

3) Everyone expects you to act competent. Yeah, it's kinda tough. A certain degree of competence is expected, and it is competence at arguing, debating and argumenting. People may at times call you 'derp', which is a loving term meant to indicate you cause them to exist in a state of psyduck. Don't worry, that's just point 2 at work.

Good luck on the vanilla, though I would advice to use some cinnamon with it. Because cinnamon is lovely.

(Due to Thesis deadlines, I'll have to sit out this mafia and watch Pesco suffer)
