DtB Mafia, LYLO, PX had the ability to "freeze" his vote as well as somebody else's. He picked his target via RNG.

We are indeed arbitrarily waiting a week. Mostly because I'm lazy and only have 3 or 4 roles created! However, I can't actually admit that, so instead I'm graciously giving everyone a one week break =D
