What do we need to explain Tenshi's absence to Keine for?

We need to explain Tenshi's absence to Mokou because Tenshi skipped out on work today due to being with us and Mokou ended up being the replacement.

Given they are likely to be together once we arrive, and we know that some sort of acquaintanceship exists between the two, would you rather talk to Keine or Mokou about Tenshi skipping out on work? >_>

I knew we had to explain to Mokou, just not why we needed to seek out Keine and tell her as well.  If they're together then hey!  Mokou might take it better to hear it from Keine, but she might wonder why we told her first.

That aside, I'd rather we look for Keine first, I'm thinking check school -> her place -> tavern.

>As you are not far from the town by this point, it doesn't take too long to reach the school, whose upper floors also serve as Keine's domicile. Tenshi splits away as you do, landing at the nearby intersection and disappearing around a house.
>You knock on the door. It takes a few moments, and several more knocks, before you hear some footsteps approaching. The door opens and you see the white-haired teacher, wearing her usual blue dress and hat,  standing in the threshold. She gives you a curious look, then says, "Is there anything I can do for you?"

>Keine nods and heads away, not bothering to close the door. She disappears up a staircase built into the wall; you can hear her call up. After a moment, you hear more steps coming down, and she returns, Mokou following her down. "Oh, it's you," says Mokou, crossing her arms, "Get lost or something?"

Many of our people were injured because they could not defend themselves properly."

>"Mmm," says Keine, her expression softening a little. "Well, I suppose she has the raw talent to teach that kind of thing. Her problem would be her attitude, though. She is well...kind of a little pain in the ass, as Mokou would say. Are you sure she has the maturity necessary to instruct a class effectively?"

> "It will likely be some time before this takes place. Perhaps a fortnight, just as a rough estimate. I will need to convene a council to decide if this idea is indeed what Bhava-Agra wishes to do. I firmly believe it would be in Bhava-Agra's best interests for Tenshi to be appointed into such a position, for a variety of reasons. I do imagine it may be a worry on your part that you may agree to assist Tenshi only for the council to reject the proposal, but I would say that your assistance would make it all the more likely to pass, if the council is informed that Tenshi has studying under one to whom the main Gensokyo human village trusts the care of their children."
