I don't think Remillia even cares if we're innocent or not. You might want to change angles to convince her the islands are too much trouble to be worth holding. This is harder because I know you're dead set against offering her anything.

Okay, this isn't getting anywhere. Remilia's pissing me off, and I'm this close to dropping my rant, calling out her bullshit, and beating the ever-loving crap out of her. And defeating her would, of course, allow us to capture the enemy leader, which would, um, mean our victory and allow us to reclaim our lands and people, so getting into a fight here would not be against Iku's character (and given Remilia's attitude, nor would Iku being royally pissed off at the moment).
 
I don't think your idea will work either, Shadoweh. There's clearly no convincing Remilia to retract her occupation of the islands and release her prisoners. So basically, I say that since talking obviously isn't going to do any good (and also, Remilia's clearly not going to accept any evidence to our innocence that she's presented with), it's time to call out Remilia's bullshit and take her down. In which case I'd really love a chance to drop my rant before the fighting starts, although since I'm headed to bed, I'll understand if you don't wait on me (I'd still appreciate it, though).

I actually think Remillia has a right to be insulted. We've been treating her badly just because we knew she was in the wrong. We've been just as upright and pretentious as she's being right now.
Secondary idea: Find something to offer her that will benefit the celestials more then her. Like some of Sakuya's trainees serving as maids for awhile.
