>Well now. We get to spend a good hour and a half slamming a door into someone's head.
>Set the paper back where we found it, and head for the temple.

>You put the newspaper down where you found it.
>And you proceed to Myourensen. It is where you seen it last time, on the outskirts of the village. The sign "Welcome to the temple of Myouren" remains.
>It's evening. the lights are on illuminating the temple, decorated with many statues of a sitting man. He looks peaceful and friendly, as you look at the statues.
>No one's visible at the entrance but it seems open.

>You dig in your pockets
>dig, dig dig.
>A coin!  it's a 100 yen....
>You throw the coin in the box and it drops down loudly.
>A familiar person comes out of the temple and greets you "My, hello again"
>It's Shou. Her dress didn't change since last time. She smiles warmly to you.

>"I... believe she is. What seems to be the problem, miss Yakumo?" she looks in wonder. her slender hands are touching one of many pillars in the Temple.

>"It is a rather private matter, I am afraid."

>"Well then, follow me"
>Shou points the inner parts of the temple.
>As you follow, you pass quite a few rooms. Some natives of the temple are asleep though, as most rooms are dark and Shou is moving silently, saying nothing.
>You finally get to the furthest room, with sliding door like all of them.
>Shou enters before you, bows to whoever is inside and backs off for you to come in.

>Enter, take stock of this inhabitant, and bow as Shou did.

>As you enter, Shou closes the door and leaves to leave you alone.
>Inside there's a humble looking room. in the center in front of you is another one of those statues, holding it's hand in a friendly gesture towards you. Between you and it though sits a mature looking woman with the strangest hair color you ever seen. It's prismatic, going from purple to brown. Her eyes are strange as well, but she has a strong presence of a good person with warm feelings.
>She nods at you and says with a smile "welcome to the Temple of Myouren, miss kitsune. I am Byakuren Hijiri, how may I help you?". My, her breasts are rather big, as you notice.

>"Let's."
>Lead the way. Keep an eye out for tengu along the way.

>Byakuren gets up and opens the door.
>You follow.
>As you proceed towards the entrance, you see Shou, sitting supporting herself with a wall. She looks a little sleep. It's night, so now wonder.
>"Shou, I'll be out for a while, please watch the shrine. have some sleep too, dear" Byakuren says.
>"Shou bows "Thank you, Byakuren-sama" and she withdraws to a nearby room, happier.
>You go out and start flying all the way back home
>Magic Power Level: 62%/100%.
>Lady Hijiri has the ability to fly as well, how convenient.

>Hold up a second.
>How far off the beaten path would it be to pick up at least one of the other spiritual helpers? Of those we know, how friendly would they be to receiving a visit at this hour?
>We do not need more than one spiritualist at a time. Can't go around denying rumors if we're also spreading them.

>The Hakurei shrine would be on your way home. But you are pretty sure that lazy miko is sleeping soundly.
>The Moriya shrine is far from close. it would take a large amount of time to get all the way up there and you believe it would be rude for miss Hijiri to just drag her around, so you decide not to bother more spiritualists yet.
>You see the Yakumo household in the distance.
>You blink with your eyes and for less then half a second you see a big eye in darkness, looking straight at you, it's veins viciously bloodied. And it's gone. it was so short.... Hallucination?

>"Hm? No, did you?" Byakuren looks clueless as you land on the front yard of your home.

>You take the wallet and the little red gap let's off a little lightening and zaps you. You have a big red dot on the hand which touched the wallet first. It doesn't hurt at all, but it seems like some kind of marking magic. And the gap closes.
>You take the wallet. Inside you find some money. you count it. There's 35600 yen.

>The gap was above Yukari-sama's hats, on the top shelf.
>It's red. feels and looks like paint but it's made of magic particles. you can't scrub it off. This is a little marking spell, as far as your knowledge goes. It's purpose is... to mark things. simply. You aren't sure how strong it is. Considering it's Yukari-sama we're talking about here, it might be a pain in the ass
