All I can think of right now is generic stuff like a swinging Palanquin Ship.

I have a touhou theme park in Roller Coaster Tycoon 2
Some highlights:
Scarlet devil mansion replica with multiple attractions such as a ghost train through the house, and go-karts in the basement (pathcouli's library).
Yukari's Border coaster, giga coaster that goes along the border of the entire park.
Yuka's coaster hangs above a HUGE sunflower field.
Same for Medicine, only above poisonous purple flowers.
Big ass stair case with cherry trees on top.
The prismriver's have 3 coasters that ride simultaneously.

Haven't gotten to UFO characters yet, but definetely a swinging boat for Murasa

Of course there should be several meet-and-greet areas for specific locations.
Actually, I think a park that's mainly just an abbreviated replica of Gensokyo would be friggin amazing.
They could do it Disney world style where there's different areas, each belonging to a different part of Gensokyo. Each place could have it's own cute souvenirs and maybe a specialty food, like Epcot.
Hakurei Shrine would serve ocha that you could drink with a Reimu cosplayer.
HOLY POOP, maybe at a certain point each day an incident will happen

And the characters involved will do a stage show!
OH GOD PLEASE UNIVERSE MAKE THIS HAPPEN.

i think hakurei shrine would be the entrance.
there'd be some podium where the prismrivers perform once or twice a day.

There could be a huge open furnace and they could design it to look all cave-like @o@

And speaking of boats, let us not forget Komachi. Think about it, a boat/flume ride where at the end, you get judged by the Yama.

A Kazami roller-coaster (normal or legless; I'm thinking more legless since it'll feel more awesome) would be epic. It would start of slow then BANG! You'll wake up with a start as the ride takes off. From observers, it'll look beautiful, but for the ones riding it, they would be scared out of their minds.

Also... For the adults after rides close for the night... CLUB IBUKI!

Mystia's lamprey stand would be awesome, aside from the fact that lampreys strike fear into the hearts of all who see them XD
And then the Yama makes you play a trivia game OF DOOM.

Looking through this thread, I notice you have not posted any screenshots or videos of this, or links leading to the aforementioned screenshots/vids. I hope that this terrible, terrible oversight will be rectified as soon as you can.
