Are you sure we should be closing back in on a melee specialist, when we're far weaker than her in that area? We just fought hard for the distance we just got.

>You consider trying to take the blow, but instead throw yourself to the side. This works fairly well, and you are practically horizontal as you reach the tree branches. Then whip by you painfully, but thankfully you don't hit any large ones. Then you slam back-first onto the ground. Aches race throughout your body, but they are tolerable aches; you did well to break the worst of it. It pales compared to this morning.
