Laminating those sound like a good idea. The one that I printed out for the picture and for Tekkoshocon ripped clean in half when I was going down the stairwell once. (Someone returned the other half on the last day.)  :V

Tried something like cell shading on Reisen's hair, the same result doesn't really show up on Tewi, but I think it looks pretty cool, but it takes so long to do.

There's a little too much contrast in the hair compared to the other parts of their bodies though. A bit visually distracting.

Aside from Reisen's incredibly bright skirt, yes. Yes it is. But it seems to fit with Tewi's dress.

Worse? No, not at all. It really does look better this time around. Looks nice.

Odd that Reisen and Tewi's outfits are more saturated in colour now. Plus Reisen's shirt seems to have a bit too much contrast and maybe not enough graduation between the tones. Just saying.
