vsync replay slow mode not working in SA

When using the vsync patch, I can press shift to slow replays down to a custom fps in EoSD, PCB, IN, MoF, and UFO, but not SA. Does anybody know the reason why or preferably a possible fix?

I went to check this out with MoF and SA just now. (I didn't even know you could slow down a replay, just speed it up)
It appears that SA is lacking that option. Vsync patch or not. I guess ZUN didn't want to put in the effort this time. :V
I also just checked UFO, it doesn't do it either, but I don't have vsync for that game because I can't find one (but it's not like I need it anyway)
