>You leave Meiling behind and join the fray!
>You open fire upon the Construct! It seems to be chasing after Renko and Patchouli, striking at whichever one is closer. You find your shots don't seem to be doing much to it's metallic form. Only Patchouli's shots, small beams akin to what she used during the invasion, seem to be doing anything to it.
>"I'd love to!" says Renko.

It seems to be chasing after Renko and Maribel,
>Question the temporary shift to third person. Or calling Patchouli "Maribel." Whichever one applies.

>You yell for Koishi. You get no answer, at least, not until you're about to yell for Hatate, upon which you hear a voice close to your era, with a kind of airy quality. "It has no subconscious, I don't understand its mind at all. I can't help you..."
>You cry out for Hatate. "Don't worry, I'm getting everything!" she says.
>"That depends," Patchouli, "Did she use the book as a focus, or herself?"

>"Then dispelling it will be no easy task," Patchouli says, "And certainly not something I could do on short notice! I did see the book, I've been trying to damage its armor enough to get to it.
