> The city looks like it's physically falling apart, being barely held together by patches over patches over patches - wood and cloth of all hues cover bricks, mortar and stone in a riot of colour. That said, it looks like it's been this way for quite some time - what's the point of building solid, sturdy buildings, when a typical fight in this place usually has more collateral damage than intentional damage?
