>Chase! Try to drive her toward Mokou.

>You dash towards her, angling in such a way as put Kisume between yourself and Mokou. She zips around another column, out of your sight. Then you hear running from Mokou's direction, and Kisume flies back into sight again, trying to move away from both you and Mokou. You've gained ground on her, though. She seems to be flying towards another cluster of stalactites a few feet in front of her.

>Let Mokou take the lead, compensate for the direction she's not taken.

>You see Mokou dash out from behind the column after Kisume, and you run past to try and cut off her escape. Kisume swings around behind the stalactites, but you've essentially got her cornered between the two of you, now. She'll have to try to fly past one of you if she's going to get out.

>Leave an opening, one not obvious and not too open, and wait for her to go for it.

>Move to better cut off routes of escape.
>Leave an opening, one not obvious and not too open, and wait for her to go for it.

>You and Mokou move in closer. You can see Kisume hesitate.
>Then you shift a little to the side as you close, opening up a small gap between you and a nearby column. It's a very natural looking motion... and Kisume goes for it! She's surprisingly speedy, but you were expecting that motion and leap after her, all but tackling the bucket. You manage to catch it bodily and hang on. Kisume squawks, rocking the bucket in your arms. Then she starts to giggle again.

>You poke Kisume in the shoulder and she squirms a little, smiling.
>"You're pretty good at this!" she says. "Next time it's 1-on-1, got it?"

>Kisume grins at you. "You see?"
>You let Kisume go, and she sails back up to the ceiling. "Good luck with your friend!~"
>"Well, that was... different," Orin says, looking up at where Kisume flew off to. She already seems to have managed to blend in with her surroundings.

>You continue towards the exit from the underground, and reach the outside again without event. The sun is already pretty low in the sky. Getting back to the Sanzu before sunset is going to be a tight squeeze.
>Orin surveys the terrain around her, then looks up at the sky and frowns. "....sorry, the sky kinda freaks me out a bit. Don't you guys feel kinda exposed out here?"

> "Well, not really. We were born above ground, and have lived with it our entire lives, hundreds of years, just like how you have lived in the underground for pretty much your entire life. To us, it's normal like how the underground would feel normal for you."

>"Eh, well I suppose that's how it works," Orin says, still looking at the sky dubiously. She sniffs the air a little. "Everything smells differently up here, too. It's... I dunno. It's weird. No offense." She pauses and sighs. "Anyway, let's get to it. No time to be frowning at the scenery."

>Sigh. "Sorry."

>"Or are you getting ready to bust her out if the Yama can't do it for us?" Orin asks, a trace of a grin on her face.

Suggest: "If it comes to that, I think I'd rather (wait until/make sure) all of the mountain is against her."
There was something here once. Wonder what...

>Mokou laughs. "Oh, don't worry. We've already got all our big guns up front here. Keine's right. I wouldn't want those two underfoot if things got serious."

>"Got it," Mokou nods. "I'll meet you there." She turns and flies towards the Scarlet Devil Mansion.
>You and Orin exit the trees and fly back to the Sanzu River. You note the steadily setting sun with some apprehension, although you arrive back at the river before it's truly sundown. There is no sign of anyone else here at the moment.
