Custom.exe of fairy wars isn't working

Tried running it; nothing. Same with applocale. it doesn't even show up. Any way to fix this? perhaps another way to make the game windowed?

It should ask you what resolution you want it to run at the first time you run it.  Else I'd say delete your config and try again.  The custom.exe doesn't work at all for me, then again lolwine/linux.

For future reference, config.exe usually only works when you set it to compatibility mode
