PCB Update Error

I have tried several times to update Perfect Cherry Blossom but it always says the same thing when I try to open it

C:/Users/(administers name here)~1/AppData/Local/Temp/7zO8594.tmp/th.07.exe

That is EXACTLY what it says nothing else is in the box.
I also have  Imperishable night, but I got that to update without a problem. Im using 7-zip to open the update file. Oh and I've checked before and my version isnt 1.00b its 1.00

Can someone help?

Looks like it's just not able to run it out of the temp files. Try extracting it to a folder and running it from there.

Ive actually already tried that, the same thing happend. Is there a specific folder I have to extract it to?

There won't be, but it seems odd to get a temp error if you're extracting it.

I guess I don't really know how to help you then, so I'll leave it to someone else. Sorry.
