>"Okay. I'll call your name if it's alright. Or do you think she'd recognize it?"
>If all's well, let Tokiko hide and head over to greet Marisa again.

>"I never told her," she says. "So I guess it's okay."
>Tokiko descends down into the forest, while you land near Marisa. She looks over at you, keeping her dumbbell lifting rhythm, and grins. "How'd it go? Looks like you filled that bag pretty well."

>"Oh," says Tokiko, drawing a bit closer. "Okay."

>"What kinds would you be able to make, Marisa?"

>"Whatever's left over in the kitchen," she says. "Just give me a minute."
>She takes the Bag of Mushrooms from you, and heads inside, tossing the dumbbell aside. It hits the ground with a heavy thud that makes Tokiko draw back. "She just too scary, don't you think?" says Tokiko quietly.
>After a minute, Marisa emerges, carrying a plate in one hand, and your your box of flowers in the other. She leaves the plate on the rowing machine bench and says, "All yours, kiddo," the approaches you with the Box in Hand. You notice she's placed a bottle of some brown stuff in one of the empty pots.
>"Here's a little bonus for the mushrooms," she says, handing you the bottle and setting the Box of Flowers aside. "It's a philtre made from those mushrooms. Drink it all up, and it'll give you a nice charge for a few minutes. Be careful afterward, though, because although it's not poisonous or anything, you'll still get kinda sick for awhile. So don't use it if you got plans."
>Tokiko creeps up on the sandwich.

>She doesn't say anything, but at least she doesn't run off off with the sandwich. However, you get the feeling she doesn't quite understand how they work, as she opens it up and starts eating things from it.
>Marisa nods, paying Tokiko no mind. "Not so much flying, that's just a thing you got to get good at. But danmaku and stuff, it'll pump you up there. And, you might. It'll give you some nasty cramps for an hour, at least. Oh! And don't use it while your drunk. It'll charge up your hangover like you wouldn't believe.
>You're pretty sure there's not been a point in this encounter when Tokiko wasn't nervous, but she seems to be happy enough with her meal.

>You could think of several ways to pronounce some of it. Maybe this is Latin?
>"Yep. And, you'd have to mess it up in a really specific way to have it do anything more than not work. The odds are pretty low on a simple spell like this one. Now, let me show it to you."
>She makes a curious gesture, sweeping her hand out and turning her palm upward, while reciting the words. A small sphere of whitish light gathers around her hand, then floats upward to hover around her.
>"Give it a shot," she says. "Just recite them, and make the motion I did. Practice each a few times first."

>Then practice said hand motion
>Assuming Marisa seems to think we're doing them correctly, then combine the two

>You follow Marisa's instructions. She helps you along, guiding your hand to get the motion correctly and help you pronounce a few of the more odd syllables.
>Then you put them together, and feel a familiar rush of warmth run through yourself, as though you have begin to invoke energy for danmaku or a barrier. But it shapes itself without any effort on your part, building up more and more strongly than anything you've felt before in the course of a second; you have just enough time to wonder if you're going to burst before as small orb of whitish light rises up from your hand and starts to circle around your head. It is practically identical to Marisa's.
>"Good job," she says.
