>"Better not!"
>You wave goodbye and try to extricate yourself from the faerie's presence. She doesn't seem to be following you this time.
>Up ahead, you can see a distinctive red torii, which suggests you are close to your goal.

>Continue onward to the shrine

>You continue onward and enter the shrine grounds.
>The shrine is quite old-looking, and rather shabby. It's not very large, either. Probably about the size of a one-person house. But, despite its run-down nature, it is rather attractive. Thinking on it, newness would make it feel a little fake. Still, it wouldn't hurt to replace some of that paper. The grounds themselves are rather overgrown, but not quite to the point where they would be difficult to walk through. Behind the shrine, you can see a large pond, and a short distance past that, the beginnings of the mountain range. Obvious exits are West, East 1 and East 2
>You see the shrine maiden hanging up clothes near on a line near the shrine; a mid-sized woman with dark hair and a large red bow. Her red garb gives her away pretty quickly, even though the detached sleeves are hardly a standard.

>We never did get her name, did we?

>You settle down and walk toward her. It doesn't take long for her to hear your approach and look your direction. Her face sours instance.
>"I suppose it was too much to hope that I could go a day withou-" she pauses, puts her laundry down, and approaches. "Wait a minute. Who are you? Is this some kind of joke? It's not funny."
>You think Keine mentioned it, but it's a little hard to recall, what with her giving you the evil eye at the moment.

>She nods along. "Oh, you met Biggun? At least she showed you the basics. Don't get too attached to that stuff, though. Once you leave, it probably won't work. As for that friend, I've not heard of anyone else showing up. But I'm usually not up on the latest gossip."
>"Anyways? If I were going to send you home, I'd probably just ask Yukari to help out. You don't know about Yukari, do you?"

>"Yeah, maybe," says Reimu. She shakes her head. "To be honest, I don't want to deal with her either. It's not that Yukari is bad, exactly. Well...she kinda is. It's more like she's probably going to take an interest in you. Which, uh, isn't a good thing. Either she's going to toy with you or generally make you life a pain. Trust me."

>"And is she the only real way out of here, anyway?"

>"I do," she says, darkly. "She doesn't keep her hands to herself, either."
>"Well, alright, you know that crossroad with the pond, south of town? Go east from there. You'll find this little house. That's her summer home. Well, she pretty much stays there all year around now. But yeah."
>"I'll be honest?" says Reimu, "I never had a reason to look for a way out. There might be something else, though as far as I can tell the barrier's holding up as well as ever. I suppose I could try to exorcise you. But that might make a hole or something."
