No. I have the post-midboss part split into two seconds before the part where you can just stand still.
This part i have down.
but not this yet.

I suppose both are streaming but the 1st i'd just move slowly to the left/right and dodge whatever gets in the way. If i do that on part 2 i get walled eventually.

I finally felt like 1ccing PCB normal (since I already cleared Phantasm, it`s about time, don`t you think?  :derp:). I somehow made it, dodged a lof of stuff that scares the crap outta me (most of S5, Youmu included), and never died with a bomb in stock, ended 0/0. Furthermore, I set starting lives to default and used Marisa, who I hate in PCB, and somehow I won  . Might not be that much of an accomplishment, but I feel that I`ve improved a lot and I never felt so good since 1ccing MoF Normal. Anybody else agree that PCB is the best of Windows Touhou?

Now if it was that easy to 1cc Normal SA  :ohdear:...

When did you get that good? Anyway, i will take a look at your run. The only part of SA Stage 5 i don't know what to do about is the part after the streaming. I always get walled.

It was kind of random, really. Outside of the Catwalk, I'm still ironing out a few kinks across the stage to lessen my chances of dying stupidly. And I suppose I can reference the parts past midboss-Orin as "pellet hell #1 and #2". For the second one, it's all about cutting back at the right times, and my replay shows the general idea if you need a guide. Then again, it's based on Kefit's approach from his video, so you can look at that too.

As for an accomplishment, perhaps me finally completing an item distribution list for all of SA Lunatic would count?

2. Figure out which charge attacks are best at damaging the AI and then spam them like a motherfucker
3. Use the bombs
4. Muse usually takes like 5 weeks to die

Ah, that makes more sense.  I honestly forgot that the popcorn hell immediately after killing off Catwalk is streaming because I'm more concerned about the popcorn than the streaming so the popcorn is all I think about.  Unfortunately, I don't have much advice for the second streaming section other than "use gaps like Yukari's going out of style" (pfft, like Yukari would ever go out of style), or, if you're using another character or too much of a man for gaps, "copy me, pixel for pixel" (which is actually "copy Kefit, pixel for pixel").

And I assume you're talking about the first Orin encounter. Krim showed me that strategy some time ago, and I've been using it ever since.

According to this replay timestamp, I've actually been plugging that constant circling strategy since Pi Day 2009.  An appropriate day to introduce such a strategy, don't you think?

Really? How would that come in handy? Isn't it more a question of learning which spots are best to milk graze and be good enough at the game to beat it despite suiciding a lot?

Knowing approximately how many Faith and Point items appear could help with calculating scores at a given point (when experimenting with methods, and examining other replays), and knowing the Power distribution will help me keep track of when I can bomb for supergrazing (because let's face it, mistakes will screw up any strict path I set up). As for the second question, that's where examining the latest world record replays will come in handy.

Just got the Fairy Wars Vsynch patch and tested it on extra. As proof of its awesomeness, I proceeded to capture Super Perseids, Blazing Star and Fairy Destruction Ray for the first time. Now I just need to get Big Crunch and Open Universe before I've got everything in extra.

I'm making some progress with supergrazing SA Stage 1. I finally pulled off supergrazing Kisume's first nonspell without dying, though for a couple of reasons (that I know I can fix) I finished with ~100 less graze than UKT did.

Don't just throw it out there without warning plz. Both might still have bugs, so back up your scores before using them. Rev7 includes everything with the MoF engine, save GFW. GFW obviously is just for GFW. It may possibly fix the 1cc and subsequently replay bugs. I chose not to make it super public originally (i.e. yesterday) because they're both still in betatest.

I didn't make the patch, dude. Just reading what the creator writes. I haven't tested it out much at all either, I'm just saying you probably shouldn't have posted the link without a warning in case somebody's score file gets screwed by accident.

90% sure PoFV and below won't get anything else. There isn't much else to fix.

Getting so much better at GFW extra. Managed to beat the midbosses NDNB earlier and now I've captured Unsealed Magic "Open Universe". Should have capped Big Crunch as well but derped at the last second.

Now if I can just now not mess up the survival card...
