Holy shit I actually managed to get Shuusou Gyoku working properly.

Had the use the 8 bit option with 1280*960 windowed mode, but it's a steady 60 fps!

IN lunatic 1cc, 4 lives remaining. Of special note in this run was the godawful trainwreck on stage 6, wherein I somehow manage to die or deathbomb on every spellcard (yes, even Salamander Shield). This should change now that I can actually practice the stage.

With the wonders of stage practice, the coveted extra stage 4 of Phantasm Romance has been cleared. Even with 8 lives the fight is rather ow (at least in part because even Reimu's non-spells have spell card armor). The last two spell cards in particular took half of the lives lost. That last spell card doesn't look hard, but its length makes it very hard to capture.

Woo. 50 VoWG captures. 200 VoWG runs. And a timeout. I'm loving it! Its funny how i got a better capture rate for this card than most cards in UFO. Playing this card is epic every time.

I stopped caring about capturing VoWG after the first. I'm still at 1 capture. I could probably have about 10-15 higher considering failed timeout attempts that lived long enough that it could have been a capture. But I stopped trying to capture it after the first to try timeouts and no death runs of the stage, both which generally involve dying/bombing to it.

Not even to going to try that on EoSD Extra. I don't even consistently clear that stage.

I usually go for the capture first but if i mess up i go for the time out. When i did my NDNB timeout it was one of the few times i decided not to shoot at all.

I 1cc'd UFO on normal with SanaeA! I got to Byakuren with 6 lives 2 bombs and ended 0/0!

Goddamnit that took like the entire day, but Shuusou Gyoku is working properly now. Even at 16 bit.
That took wayyyyyyyy too long. @_@

The only thing now that I don't know how to fix is a weird bug where the boss music just randomly won't play, making you fight it in complete silence. :<

1cc'ing IN on hard, slow mode activated :colonveeplusalpha:

And beating mokou with 2 lives left, while capturing all cards that arent next history, ihasaka's moon curse, fuyiama's volcano, the time out, hourai doll and imperishable shooting. Capturing 7 out of 13 isn't half bad now is it? :getdown:

If you're talking about the one with the yin-yang orbs, the yellow/orange bullets are aimed away from your current position when they are fired. Of course, the yin yang orbs have a tendency to force you to move out of that location and make the attack a huge headache. Congrats.

Almost forgot about this. A real good way to show off your skills to a group of your friends is to 1cc MoF after going without playing any shooters for days and top it off with capturing Kanako's MoF spellcard.
