>Wait... was this the lab with the purple-haired researcher in it....? (If so, I really need to make better mental maps for this stuff)
>Put your hands in the air. May as well look disarming while disarming

>It is.
>You put your hands up. Parsee and Ace, outside, follow suit.
>"Who are you!?" the researcher cries
>"Don't worry, Dr Asakura" says the guard. "I have this under control. Tall girl, get with the rest of your cohorts now, or I will open fire."

(Bah, they didn't follow us in the door. Well, that kinda throws that plan out. Maybe I'm too tired to be doing this now, since I forgot to specify =/)

>You don't think they had enough time to react before the guard had them in her sights.
>You rejoin the others. "First, I want to know exactly how you got in here," says the guard.
>Stargazer is lingering near the guard now, waiting.

>"Admittedly, I'm not sure how tribunals work, but you'll have to present the evidence of how you got us, won't you? Or something to that effect, I assume. And, hell, assuming you've got it, we'll be put away anyway. So, I'm curious. We've been bested, and the consequences will effectively disable us forever. Can we at least know how? I mean, I think it's probably not too out of line given we'll come quietly. Perhaps a reward for good behavior."
>Give a very grim smile at that last, showing you understand the gravity of the situation.
>To buy more time if needed, have Ace empty her pockets next, since as far as I know she doesn't have anything.

To other voices: May I assume the plan is to have Stargazer hold the trigger while Parsee leaps forth with her stun gun and shocks the guard, and then we figure out what to do from there?

I'd like to advise having Stargazer appear. It'll scare both of them giving us an initiative advantage. You can also make more gross movements with her such as stealing the gun itself.

I wish I had thought about it after Purvis made it obvious what Stargazer was, but we should have trained her in basic combat. Unfortunately, we didn't, so it'll be seat of pants time for a while it seems.

Also: Are we trying to talk our way out of it? Because it won't work once Parsee empties her pockets.

>If Stargazer seems confident that she's got a hold of the finger (and she actually grabbed the trigger finger), tell her to grab the object at the same time. Pull it up. Do NOT let go of her finger!
>If we see the gun being wrestled with, and it's safely pointed away from us, tackle the woman, and try to help Stargazer get the gun away from her. Try to make sure it STAYS pointed away from anyone in the room
>If we get this far along, and don't seem to be succeeding in disarming her, quickly yell "Parsee, quick!"

>Before all of Draco's Stargazer commands, ask her if she could show herself (mentally), and that it would be both very important and very helpful if she did so. If she does so, continue with Draco's commands. If she hesitates, just quickly add it's not necessary and follow through with Draco's commands

To other voices: If Stargazer shows herself, it's possible we can bluff things later, but it's a long shot. I'm thinking try to make this seem like a hallucination. I'm tempted to try something on this vein after immediate danger has passed.

>You empty your other pocket, letting the IDs flutter to the ground. At the same time, Parsee and Ace empty theirs, Parsee's stungun falling with a distinctive clunk. The guard's eyes follow it for a moment.
>You give Stargazer her instructions. She does not materialize, but suddenly, the guard is wrestling with her weapon!
>You run and tackle the guard, while Dr Asakura cries out in surprise. Being a good deal larger than the woman, you send her and yourself flying to the ground. You're not sure what happened to the gun, but you don't hear anything like gunshots as you hit the ground.
>A moment later, you feel a very sharp pain in your torso. You have no idea what she just did, but it's starting to dawn on your that this woman is probably much better at combat than you are.

I really should have read your instructions closer, Draco. Ah well, Deus Ex Parseena time.

>*hack cough* "Fuck. Parsee, now, p- *hack" lease!"
> See if we can get Stargazer to punch her as rapidly as possible
> Headbutt her ourselves. Try to break her nose.

And yes, that last order is going to fucking hurt.

>You have never been stabbed before. You have no idea what it feels like. But your torse is very very sore right now.
>You hear the gun hit the ground, and Stargazer moves in to try and help. However, she has no idea what a punch is.
>You move wind your head back to headbutt her, and find she was thinking very much the same thing, simply snapping her head forward. Her forehead smacks into your nose, leaving it rather sore. Good thing you had pulled your head back, or she might have broken your nose!

>You tell Stargazer to help hold her down. She seems to understand this, and the guard's left arm thrashes a whole lot less. You focus on her right and successfully pin it down.
>"Get off of her, goddamnit!" Parsee shouts.
