2.04 and 2.06 work just fine without japanese locale, but when I try to use it or 3.01 both with and without locale, there is nothing but a black screen and the font, and when I pick anything except for Exit, it freezes.
-locale is set to japanese, tried both setting the entire pc to japanese and applocale
-there are no japanese characters in the file path
No idea on what to do next.
